so true so true so true. when I struggle with the events of the day…and I get upset…and angry, I am reminded that peace begins with me. Love begins with me.

I feel fortunate to have learned that this peace is at my fingertips…I am responsible for this peace. That which I find deeply challenging is all the suffering in the world (on so many levels). All I can do is direct my resources to help others and meditate and pray… sometimes I feel it isn’t enough…yet, I believe that using the “one person at a time” approach …I can try to do my part.
